About this learning path
This learning path will equip Shopify Partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage with prospective B2B clients and position Shopify’s B2B solutions to meet their needs. You’ll begin by exploring the B2B commerce landscape, including key stakeholders, sales channels, operational processes, and common technology solutions. As you progress, you’ll learn about wholesale store formats, the seven foundational features of Shopify B2B, and how Shopify’s B2B pricing model works. Finally, you’ll discover B2B merchant types, how to evaluate their fit for the Shopify platform, and how to address their needs using Shopify B2B value propositions.
Requirements
To access Shopify B2B features, you must be on the Shopify Plus or Enterprise plan. We recommend that you are familiar with the Shopify platform and its features. You can take the below course for a high level overview of the Shopify platform:
Assessment details
- The assessment consists of 39 scored questions and will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. There is no time limit for the assessment.
- A score of 80% will earn a Shopify Verified Skills badge shareable via Credly.
- Assessments may contain up to 3 additional unscored questions that do not impact your results. These are inserted randomly into the assessment to gather data for future testing.
- Badges are valid for two years from the date of successful completion.
